A Canadian entrepreneur, mom, writer, and travel enthusiast, who loves meeting and working with business owners. I put a whole lot of creative energy and intention into supporting others to thrive in life and overcome challenges.

Entrepreneurship comes with its rewards and trials. We've all been there. My work is to take my over 20 years of experience working in operations for small businesses, use my MBA degree and translate that knowledge into practical problem-solving for your business.

Listening, paying attention, and connecting with my clients is how I approach solving business problems. I use a balance of structure, teaching, asking the right questions and creatively finding the best resources to get the job done on time and on budget. The solutions to problems ultimately come from my client. I help them find their way, on their own terms.

Clearing the clutter, and getting businesses streamlined and efficient results in the inner workings of a company becoming strategically aligned with their company vision. That is where the magic happens. Revenues grow, money is no longer going down the drain and business owners get excited about going to work again!

There is a defined scope of practice I work from. If I don’t have the answer I will find out, or refer you to someone who I trust has the answer for you. 

Spinning your wheels online trying to figure it out all by yourself, getting overwhelmed, and looking for all your answers on Facebook and YouTube becomes costly and defeating. Plus it is very isolating and time-consuming.
